and that's why I have the

Follower's Trend Giveaway!

It's a way of saying "Thank You!"

 to those who come back to visit after a BIG hop is over.

This giveaway is only open for a few

days--winner will be chosen on

September 2nd, 6 p.m. PST, 
and will be announced soon after that time.

There's Always Rules:

1. You must be a Follower, new or not-so-new, (which is why I'm doing this in the first place)--following by email counts, just let me know.

Now What?

Bowls With Borders is over and now I'm not

sure what to do with all my extra time.

No more reminder emails (some of you will be so glad about that) and 

no more oohs and aahs each morning as I looked at the newest bowl creations.

What do, what to do, what to do......

Well, there is that other hop coming up with Corrie....

 

A little black and white peek at what I'm sewing on this week.

Yep, there's dots!

And this hop with Cherry is a month away....I've got some ideas floating in my head.....

....oh, oh, oh, and there's this hop, too! SCARY! Wendy's ready to show her wicked side with this one!

I could work on all those unfinished projects that are waiting for me to bind them, quilt them, or just sew them together. Nah!

I DO look forward to catching up on all the blog posts I've missed, so I may be making comments on posts  made two (or three) weeks ago.

This is the last day of the Bowls With Borders Blog Hop,

As for me, I've been busy. Really busy.

I tried my hand at embroidering something.

Yeah, well...not so good. Guess I'm just not much of

a hand embroidery kind of person. But....

I will try again...someday.

 

I've had some dotty fabric running through my

sewing machine lately--pretty fun stuff! My day is on

September 10th--whoohoo!!

 

This ends on August 29th and then the little

package of Ghastlie fabrics will be off to a lucky winner.

I interrupt this regularly scheduled....uh...schedule to

show you something I received today

(did you hear the squeal around the world?)

Yes, it is bowls. Christmas bowls just for me as a reminder of this

amazing hop that involved so many wonderful people from around the world.

Madame Samm, busy, busy lady that she is, took some of her precious time to sew this

beautiful stack of bowls for me. I love it! A lot love it!
