Food For Thought Sew Along With ThermOWeb

Every other month at ThermOWeb has been a sew along where four free block patterns are shared
and then a week or two later, four free projects are shared to use them in. This month's blocks have
the theme, "Food For Thought" and all four designers must have had a sweet tooth because they are
all yummy treats to sew. My block is "Every Day Is A Sundae" and it's dripping in hot fudge.

You need to go check out the other sweet blocks at ThermOWeb and get the block patterns!

These are the designers (including me)...I love working with these creative ladies!

Carol Swift from Just Let Me Quilt

Amy Warner from Sew Incredibly Crazy

Stephanie Brown Cunnyngham from Sissy Belle Sews

Carla Henton from Creatin’ in the Sticks

All of us will tell you that we LOVE using Heat n Bond EZ Print Lite Sheets when we make
applique  projects. The adhesive comes in larger sheets, too. The EZ Print sheets can be run
through an inkjet printer and then ironed on your fabric. No tracing all the pieces! Plus, the
protective backing peels off so easy...I love that and think you will, too!

During the week of May 27th to the 30th we'll all be showing projects to sew.

May 27 – Carol Swift
May 28 –Amy Warner
May 29 – Stephanie Brown Cunnyngham
May 30 – Carla Henton

Here's a little snippet of my "Food For Thought" project with my new quilt model, Gage:

We'd love for you to join us in this sew along!

  3. Aww, Carol. Gage looks a little confused?! Why are you taking my photo now? I didn't do anything really cool yet . . . but I'll be happy to do something photo worthy! ~smile~ Roseanne
