Therm O Web Sew Along Projects Begins Today

Last week ThermOWeb shared four different blocks for the Spring Sew Along.
This week there are four free projects you can make with those blocks.
You can make one of the projects or all four…it’s up to you! Once you finish your
blocks, be sure to post pics of them on Instagram or Facebook with the tag #thermoweb.

Today is my day for the Spring Sew Along and I'm sharing a basket that’s really easy to
make. Those sweet blocks went together to create a 10″ fabric basket that is perfect for all
sorts of things. My daughter has a household of all boys, so giving her this basket to store
diapers gives her a feminine touch to a corner in her room.  It would also be great for holding
patterns or craft supplies! HeatnBond Fleece Fusible High Loft added just the right amount
of stability to hold the sides up without being stiff.

Each block is 10" x 10" when finished and I used them for the sides of the basket.

  1. What a perfectly sweet basket tote for storing diapers! In the years ahead, it will be so useful for many other purposes too. Such a great idea to use these blocks, Carol!

  3. Love your basket, but most of all, I love the fabric you used in those blocks. So pretty! I'd be using a basket like that too!

  5. Those baskets are fantastic, I love mine. I store books, yarn, art supplies, canvases just to name a few. Your daughter is going to love hers. The blocks are so sweet :)
