Bea had a great idea for a blog hop...dust of a quilt book we've had for a while and make
something from the book. The hardest part of this was deciding which project to make from
the gazillion books I have stashed here or there. Since I enjoy designing and sewing applique,
the book I dusted off for a project was "Adorable Animal Applique" by Margie Ullery.
I got the book during a class I took at a Bernina store that was being taught by the cutest lady,
Margie Ullery from Ribbon Candy Quilt Company. She's funny and very gifted
in creating applique designs. There's lots of cuteness in this book!
This was the quilt I made at the Bernina class from her pattern, Hoots Hollow.
