A Time For All Seasons August Block Of The Month

I can't believe it's August already, but it is! This month is Amy's turn to share blocks
for the "A Time For All Seasons" block of the month and they are adorable.
I've been using Northcott's "Canvas" fabrics and various other fabrics for my blocks.

Dog Days of Summer

My Summer Log Cabin

Here's the optional finished quilt information:

62” x 74” quilt top
5 rows across, 6 rows down
30 blocks (6 bonus blocks)
2” sashings (or you could use 1" sashings for a smaller quilt)
4 yards background fabric (allows for extra if needed)
2 ½ yards sashing fabric
Miscellaneous fabrics of your choice for appliques, etc.
(A fat quarter bundle works great for this)

Cute dog! I don't know why I am able to comment on your blog and just a few others, but most I cannot comment anymore, even as anonymous. Got a new computer, which is when this started, but hubby cannot figure it out either. I do have to now choose all the photos to prove I am not a robot now, where as before I didn't. Hmmmm.
