I Like Thursday With LeeAnna At Not Afraid Of Color

I'm definitely not very good at this, because I miss a lot of Thursdays. LeeAnna at 

Not Afraid of Color has assured me it's okay, which is good, especially since I'm really

 pushing it to not miss this Thursday. I actually love this idea of LeeAnna!

There was Christmas in Las Vegas with the family.

We love to play the plastic wrap ball on Christmas Eve.
Money, candy, and toys are wrapped up in this nine pound ball of fun.

Monkey Baby wasn't liking that it wasn't his turn.

 

Always Starbucks with my oldest daughter and Monkey Boys...it's a tradition.

This was an entertaining gift...lol!

They light up when you shake them...he love them!

We got Monkey Boy number 2 a guitar.

He loved it!

Always a mess, but a good mess

I like being there for birthdays!

I ordered more of these labels for my quilts. 

They are easy and slip into the binding on the back of the quilt. 

I order them from Inked Papers Etsy store.

I like that Britt-Inger thought I should be in her Swedish quilt newsletter.

I thought the whole newsletter was beautiful!

Britt-Inger gave me this years ago and I like that I have this memory.

It's so sweet and sits out every Christmas.

I like that I had room to drag my sewing things into the living room

so that I could clean and organize my sewing room.

I don't like all the work, though!

A Time For All Seasons January Block Of The Month

Happy New Year!

I hope you celebrated in a big way last night. We had an early dinner

and came home to watch TV. Yeah, we're big party people...NOT!

This is the last block for the "A Time For All Seasons" Block of the Month.

It's been a fun year of designing our "season" ideas!

Here's the optional finished quilt information:

62” x 74” quilt top 

5 rows across, 6 rows down

30 blocks (6 bonus blocks)

 2” sashings (or you could use 1" sashings for a smaller quilt)

 4 yards background fabric (allows for extra if needed)

2 ½ yards sashing fabric

Miscellaneous fabrics of your choice for appliques, etc. 

(A fat quarter bundle works great for this)

2019 Was A Very Busy Year For Me

I was scrolling through my sewing photos and was surprised at how many projects 

kept me very busy in 2019. There were a lot more than I realized!

These are most of the Sew Incredibly Crazy's "A Time For All Season"
block of the month for 2019. I have a few more to sew!

I might have missed a few,  but I think this shows most of them.
