A Quilt For MY Boys Blog Hop

It's MY day For The Boys!

With four Monkey Boys (grandsons) in my life, this hop was just the thing
I needed to give me some ideas on what to make for boys.

I managed to think up a couple ideas that were aimed at guys only...

My hubby loves to watch movies and eat popcorn with the Monkey Boys during their sleepovers.
The movies they watch usually include Looney Tunes or The Three Stooges.
If it's the Three Stooges they're watching, it's a no-brainer that I'll be hearing them all say, "Who's in charge here?" followed by hysterical laughter as they all point
at each other. They think they are so funny!

When I saw some Three Stooges fabric by Robert Kaufman, I knew I had to make them all a
quilt to snuggle under while eating popcorn and watching crazy movies with their Doodah
(what they call my hubby.)

"Be A Stooge"

With a little nudging and pushing from That Other Lady, I managed to finish Mumley...
I was thinking I was too tired from moving to do one more thing. She knew just what to say to
get me thinking otherwise. Monkey Boy #3 will be a happy boy when he gets this quilt!

"Mumley"

I'll be delivering all these monsters to my Monkey Boys this weekend!

Look who else is For The Boys today:

Here's a little GIVEAWAY for this hop...a package I bought at my
favorite quilt store, Quilted Works.
It's a pattern and fabric for a pillowcase...for a boy, of course!
