Making an apron with just fat quarters was a fun adventure, especially with the beautiful fabric
from Windham's Meriwether fabric by Amy Gibson and the amazing products from Therm o Web.

Fat Quarter Apron
I love all the gorgeous prints in Meriwether!

Supplies used for this apron:
Four buttons
10-12
Windham Meriwether fat quarters
There's a little appliqued bird on the pocket, too.
I used Aurifil thread from Amanda Murphy's Applique Collection. They are all beautiful,
but I only used Aurifil Thread, 28 wt, 2785 and Aurifil Thread, 28 wt, 2226 for the bird.
Please visit Therm O Web's blog today to see the whole process of making this apron.

You can find the pattern at my Craftsy store HERE.

A happy apron. Love those colors! I never got used to wearing an apron but every time I see a new one made I sure wish I had.
That is really cute, Carol....almost too cute to soil by wearing it. ;-)
Happy colors and happy fabric Carol, very pretty!!
Too cute, Carol! There is just no end to your talents!
So cute!!!
I adore this apron and you have made it super fun with all the different fabrics. Creative Apron Bliss...<3
Love the apron and the fabrics that you used. Just BEAUTIFUL!
I really like your bird applique and it's a great apron.
Cute apron. How does the 28 wt thread work in your machine? I have been thinking about getting a bit heavier weight for some of my applique.
I love the fabric choices! Great looking apron!
