It's time for the yearly Virtual Christmas Cookie Exchange!
This is always such a fun one so I'm glad it's the one that ends my run with blog hops.
I really have to say thank you to Joan for hanging in with me for all these years.
She's really good at slapping me on the side of the head when my brain gets sidetracked.
She amazes me with her love for tiny fabric pieces and her ability to sew like a speed demon.
Having her as my wicked Halloween friend has been a pleasure, too.
Thanks, Joan! xo
Though Carla from Creatin' in the Sticks had to end her blog hop hostess run early,
I have to thank her for being a part of my life...thank you, Carla!
There's still a couple kayaks in my garage waiting for you to use. xo
A huge thank you goes to all of you who've inspired me all these years.
You are just the best! xo
Now on to this year's goodies...
I seem to be on a quilt kit/panel sewing kick lately.
Usually I prefer using my own pattern or design on a quilt, but those kits can be enticing.
This quilt was "Kris Kringle" by Riley Blake Designs.
I loved the panel and it was on sale, so buying the kit was a no brainer.
My youngest daughter made cookies for this blog hop while I was visiting her
and the rest of the family in Ohio. There were amazing and so delicious!
The Buckeye Graham Crackers recipe can be found HERE on Dang That's Sweet blog.

Oh my goodness Kris Kringle is adorable. What a fun find that would make a great holiday gift! Those Buckeye cookies look absolutely incredible. Having a Reece's loving son, I just might have to make these for him. It's been so much fun hosting hops and playing with designing with you for all these years. I will definitely miss it, but on to new directions. Times change but friendships do not! Hugs my friend.
ReplyDeleteI've also been on a panel kick lately. There are so many pretty ones that just call to me to finish for a seasonal wallhanging. I love your Kris Kringle. I truly don't recall seeing that in a store, or I think one panel would come home with me. Yours is gorgeous. And thank you for the yummy cookie recipe too!
ReplyDeleteThose look so good, I will have to try them! I'm sure my family will love them, how can you go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter. Hop you have a very merry christmas!
