I've been working on this for probably three years. Each square has sequins, embroidery, or some fancy lace. Eventually I hope to put all the squares together to make a table runner.

Laurel Burch Secret Jungle Quilt
I love Laurel Burch fabric! I also love my quilt hanger for holding up a piece of flannel so I can arrange the squares on it. It makes it so much easier than crawling around on the floor. This quilt is almost done--just need to finish the back, get it quilted and then bind it. It's pretty wild and bright, but it makes me smile when I look at the prints.

Puckered Pampered Pooch
I decided to try out the Texture Magic I had bought about a month ago, so I gathered together my Moda Pampered Pooch yardage, charm pack, ruler, marker and of course, the Texture Magic. I cut a square of the fabric and TM that was larger than the actually size I needed. I drew lines on the back of the TM, pinned it to my fabric square, and then straight stitched in back and forth. Placing the fabric TM side up, I steamed the entire square without letting the iron touch the fabric.
The end result was a puckered piece of fabric the same size as a square in my charm pack. Now I just have to figure out what to do with my little squares. Hmmm....

Donated Quilt
This is a quilt I made to donate to a church project for children with cancer. It is a twin-sized, quilt-as-you-go pattern, and I used fabric from Linda's stash.

Objects Of Desire by Moda
I finished this quilt last weekend by binding the edges. Quilted works did the machine quilting on it, making it so much easier for me. Actually, it was really easy because Linda picked it up for me. Thanks, Linda! I thought I'd give it to Andrea, but she thinks it looks like Tracey. I have to agree that the colors are so Tracey--bright and cheerful. Not that Andrea isn't bright and cheerful, but she'd rather have a little more earth tone colors. When I was sewing the quilt, I thought it seemed a little more like Tracey, but the high-heels were definitely Andrea.
Sleepytime by Moda
I love this fabric and the quilt-as-you-sew method made it so easy. I started it on Saturday and finished it today, binding and all. My seam roller made it go even faster since I didn't have to get up to iron down each seam. This was a such a fun quilt to make!

Run Flamingo Run
I started this quilt today. The pattern in going to be one I created, so it will be surprise to me how it will actually turn out. Flamingo Run is a Moda fabric and I'm adding some black, beige, and other fabric.
UPDATE!
I finished the quilt and mailed it off to Jason on September 1st. He used to have some plastic pink flamingos that he put in the yard of his rental house (I think it was just to annoy the neighbors.) When I saw this fabric, it made me think of him.

The Volleyball Quilt
This is the first quilt I machine stitched all the binding--so easy! I had it machine quilted at Quilted Works, picked it up on Friday and finished sewing the binding on today. Whew! I love it!
I gave it to Lewis, of course!

Mary Englebret Apron
My lovely and willing model is showing of my gardening apron. I made it from Mary Englebret fabric and gave it away on one of my "Cheap Carol" contests--Alli won this. It has three pockets at the top and is (obviously) floor length.

Cash's Quilt
This was a baby gift for Cash (his name is embroidered at the top on the sun.) It has soft minky on the back and says, "I wish I wish I'd catch a fish." Seemed appropriate since his grandpa is a fisherman.
Kennedy's Quilt
I made this out of Mary Englebret panel and fabric as a gift for Kennedy. It has a soft light blue minky on the back and I embroidered her name on the front.

Monkey Blankets
Two Monkey Boys relaxing with their monkey blankets.
These blankets are made with monkey print flannel on the front and green polka dot flannel on the back.
They were made the simple way--turn them inside-out and stitch around the edges.
I embroidered their names on the back so they won't get them mixed up.
