Remembering Those Who Gave Their All

I am grateful for those who have served their country to protect me...

...but, I am sad for those who lost their lives doing so.

Genealogy research has always been a big part of my life. In those searches for family 
members, I found many who served their country and came home
...and sadly, many who didn't. 
Beverly Seaman and others of his crew were killed in a bombing mission during 
World War II. He served with the 742nd Bomber Squadron, 455th Bomb Group. 

Beverly was my 1st cousin once removed. I never met him...he died long before I was born.

This one came home and I am so grateful for that!
