Happy Turkey Eating Week

This week is devoted to being thankful, baking, cooking, and eating. Family and friends will
gather together to share food, memories, and lots of hugs. There will be a lot of happy people this
week! I'm sure there will be yummy pies, stuffing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, and for some,
that green bean casserole. We don't serve that, but we do have yams with marshmallows on top.

Happy Thanksgiving!
I hope you stuff yourself with good food and enjoy family time!

Next week will be the Virtual Cookie Exchange so be sure to come back and check
out all the recipes, traditions, and Christmas quilts! Look who will be sharing...

  4. Happy Thanksgiving, Carol! I'm looking forward to my first Virtual Cookie Exchange next week! We don't do green bean casserole either! Now my family does love my yummy sweet potato casserole, but they prefer to eat their green beans the southern way - some bacon, an Irish potato or two, and a touch of sugar - like my Granny used to make them!
